The history of Blankenfelde manor began in the 15th century, but the Baroque style manor complex was built in the mid 18th century and is complemented by orchards and an English landscape park. Initially constructed in 1743, the Manor House is currently being renovated while preserving its slightly aristocratic essence, therefore making it possible to adjust its look for a vast range of events.

 

Blankenfelde is situated near the Lithuanian border, in Vilce parish, an hour's drive from the capital city Riga. Our guests tend to remark that time truly stands still here, inviting one to daydream about the olden days when Barons would stroll the estate. The serene ambiance of rural nature coupled with the ever-present charm of antiquity allows for an escape from the mundane. We invite everyone to experience it!
